On Wednesday 29th March we launched our new menu! With new dishes such as Salmon cured in local Campfire Gin, Honey Braised Pork Cheeks, warming Braised Blade of Beef Diane, and summery salads such as Chicken and Bacon Caesar Salad or Crayfish, Apple & Avocado there is plenty for everyone. In charge of our kitchen is Head Chef, Fred McGinty. With us since we took over the business three years ago, Fred takes an obsessive interest in your dining satisfaction. Don’t be surprised if Fred appears at your tableside personally to check that everything is just as it should be.
